Data controller

Rodrigo Sousa Coutinho (FLANK), NIF [NIF/NIE], Avinguda del Mediterrani, 6, 08390 Montgat (Barcelona). Email: rodrigo@flankdat.com.

What data we collect

Contact form: your company name, city, what is holding you back the most and the email or WhatsApp number you give us, plus the language and the page you wrote from.

Client area: your name, your login email and whatever you send there (notes, voice messages, files and approvals).

Emails and messages: whatever you write to us directly.

What we use it for

To answer your request and prepare a proposal; and, if you are a client, to provide the agreed service and keep your client area running. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

Legal basis

We process the data because you asked us for information (pre-contractual steps) and, for clients, to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We may also process it to meet legal obligations, such as tax rules (Article 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep it

Contact requests that do not lead to any work are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by law.

Who helps us process it

We use providers that process data only on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and form handling), Resend (sending the form email), Supabase (client area, with servers in the European Union) and Google (website fonts, which receive the visitor’s IP address).

Some of these providers are based in the United States. In those cases, the transfer is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to rodrigo@flankdat.com. We reply within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
